Today is the first day of the brand new year 2013.
We as IPM team have been used to organize all religious leaders’ blessings,
starting with Pirith Ceremony by Buddhist priests followed by Islamic &
Christian religious leaders’ blessing for the New Year followed up by
celebrations with President and members of the council along with all staff of
the IPM. This is a tradition each year on the first working-day of the New Year.
Members of the IPM are also invited for this important event.
With the help of Council &
staff we were able to organize this event in a very successful manner today.
We cannot forget the past, I
would like to recall our Past Presidents and respective members of the Council
who sacrificed their valuable time and resources to develop IPM to highest
level professional institute with a good brand image.
It is also important to look at the
achievements of the last year and plan New Year with much more objectives in
order to achieve IPM goals set out in our corporate plan. There are two types
of goals for staff, such as Organizational goals and individual goals of staff.
Both need to be achieved in a planned manner.
As a result of continues growth,

institute to meet the future demands as the leading HR Institute.
