Corporate Members of IPM can join the official delegation to NIPM India Annual Conference

IPM has signed a MOU with NIPM- India Delhi chapter for collaborating on common issues. As a part of the arrangements a member exchange program is conducted as a study tour. Third phase of this was completed  year 2012  under the aegis of the IPM annual conference-2012, where 12  members of NIPM  delegation were in Sri Lanka on a study tour on the sideline of 2012   International HR  conference at Waters Edge.
This years criteria for delegates selection
1.     Must be a paid up corporate Member for a period of minimum 2 years.       2.  Must be a practicing  HR Professional.       3.     Must have actively involved  with any of the standing committees or Council during last three  years.       4.  Must be a corporate member who has not participated any of prior IPM sponsored NIPM India study Tours.
Such activities are organized by the International Affairs standing committee of IPM. Members are encourages to actively take part in activities of IPM, join the action committees of IPM.
