NIPM Exchange 2013

IPM has signed a MOU with NIPM- India for collaborating on common issues. As a part of the arrangements a member exchange programme is conducted as a study tour. Fourth phase of this was completed  year 2013  under the aegis of the IPM Annual Conference-2013, where 12  members of NIPM  delegation were in Sri Lanka on a study tour on the sideline of 2013  National HR  conference at Waters Edge.

Now a reciprocal  HR study tour in India is arranged  with NIPM- Goa  chapter  as the 5th  phase of the Exchange Programme. This will also take place on a similar note along with the APFHRM Regional HR Conference and 32^nd NIPM Annual National Conference to be held from 26^th – 28^th September, 2013 at Goa. The tour will include Factory visits, Field Visits, Knowledge sharing sessions and conference participation(Conference from 26^th to 28^th Sep.). This  tour participation will be fully sponsored by the Institute. The Theme of the conference this year is Challenges – Opportunities : The HR Way Ahead”.

Those  members will be selected on  merit basis considering the active contribution and participation in the Institute events, along with their potential contribution to the field of HR.

Criteria for selection is as follows, 

1.    Must be a paid up corporate Member for a period of minimum 2 years.

      2.  Must be a practicing  HR Professional/ Resource Rerson of IPM

      3.    Must have actively involved  with any of the standing committees or Council during last three  years.

      4.  Must be a corporate member who has not participated any of prior IPM sponsored NIPM India study Tours.
